Powerful security is provided such that you can control access for each user - you decide which screens and which employee records each user can access and whether these users can view only or modify information held on the system. There is a comprehensive audit trail, which allows you to monitor all activities on the system and determine whether security breaches have occurred and when they occurred.

You can build complex templates which can be used for importing /exporting of data.
